Passation de marchés d’assurances pour les besoins de la VILLE et du CCAS de SCEAUX Lot 1 Responsabilité civile et risques annexes Lot 2 Flotte véhicules et risques annexes Le souscripteur souhaite l'établissement d’un contrat d'assurances garantissant notamment les conséquences pécuniaires de l’engagement de sa Responsabilité Civile ainsi que certains risques annexes. Le candidat doit proposer une garantie de type « tous risques sauf », Le montant de la garantie ne peut être inférieur à 10.000.000 € tous dommages confondus et 3.000.000 € pour les dommages matériels et immatériels consécutifs. Son offre devra apporter une couverture de l’ensemble des responsabilités principales supportées par le souscripteur.; Le souscripteur souhaite l'établissement d’un contrat d'assurances de type « Flotte véhicules » pour garantir l’ensemble de son parc de véhicules lui appartenant, lui étant confié ou qu’il a loué, ainsi que certains risques associés. Le candidat doit respecter la structuration des garanties, l’âge et la catégorie du véhicule ainsi que le montant des franchises dommages tous accidents.
