Description

Passation d’un marché d’assurances complémentaire santé et prévoyance au profit des agents du SIS 68. La présente consultation concerne la souscription de contrats groupe ouverts « Prévoyance adhésion obligatoire pour les agents » et « complémentaire santé adhésion facultative pour les agents » pour le SIS 68. La présente consultation est organisée selon une procédure d’APPEL D’OFFRES OUVERT en application des articles L 2124-2 et R 2124-2 du Code de la Commande Publique. La consultation est réservée aux organismes portant et provisionnant les risques objet du marché auquel ils postulent et pour lesquels ils disposent d’un agrément de l’autorité de contrôle nationale dont ils dépendent. Les intermédiaires d’assurance à présenter des opérations d’assurance peuvent également candidater en complément de ces organismes Les prestations sont réparties selon l’allotissement suivant : Lot 01 : Mise en place d’un marché d’assurances complémentaire santé à adhésion facultative pour les agents du SIS 68. Lot 02 : Mise en place d’un marché d’assurances prévoyance à adhésion obligatoire pour les agents du SIS 68 Le SIS 68 souhaite le renouvellement d’un contrat collectif (convention de participation) d’assurances complémentaire santé à adhésion facultative pour ses agents. A compter du 1er janvier 2027 au 31 décembre 2032. Reconduction automatique à l’échéance chaque année jusqu’au 31 décembre 2032 à minuit, sauf non-reconduction dans les conditions de résiliation suivantes. Il pourra faire l’objet d’une reconduction pour une année supplémentaire; Le SIS 68 souhaite la mise en place d’un contrat collectif (convention de participation) d’assurances prévoyance à adhésion obligatoire pour ses agents.
