La présente consultation concerne la souscription de différents contrats d'assurances (dommages aux biens, responsabilité civile, flotte véhicules, protection juridique, protection fonctionnelle, risques statutaires, cyber-risques) pour la Communauté de Communes Portes d'Ariège Pyrénées. Les prestations sont réparties en 7 lots Couverture des dommages causés aux bâtiments et au patrimoine contre les risques définis par les garanties A, B et H, ainsi que les pertes et frais qui en résultent; Garantie de type « tous risques sauf », couvrant l'ensemble des responsabilités principales supportées par le souscripteur; Couverture des véhicules et risques annexes, respectant la structuration des garanties, l'âge et la catégorie du véhicule; Prise en charge des honoraires des experts et avocats utiles à la défense des intérêts de l'assuré; Couverture conforme aux obligations de protection fonctionnelle à la charge de l'employeur public; Contrat en capitalisation intégrale respectant la structuration des garanties demandées; Couverture de la responsabilité civile et prise en charge des pertes et frais faisant suite à une malveillance informatique, avec assistance 24h/24
