Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. La présente consultation a pour objet la souscription des marchés d'assurances pour les opérations de construction sur le site d'Atlanta. Deux opérations sont concernées faisant l'objet de deux permis de construire : - le TECHNOCENTRE (dédié aux services techniques) ; - et la partie TERTIAIRE (bureaux). Les caractéristiques juridiques et techniques des prestations à réaliser sont définies dans le Cahier des Clauses Administratives Particulières (C.C.A.P.) et dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (C.C.T.P.) du marché. La procédure de passation utilisée est : l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Il s'agit d'un marché ordinaire. Conformément à l'article L.2113-10 du Code de la commande publique, le présent marché n'est pas décomposé en lots
