La présente consultation a pour objet la souscription d'un contrat d'assurance « Flotte automobile et risques annexes » destiné à garantir l'ensemble des véhicules, engins et matériels roulants de l'Acheteur, ainsi que les risques annexes qui y sont attachés. Le marché comprend : - Une offre de base : assurance « flotte automobile » (responsabilité civile, protection juridique, individuelle conducteur, vol, incendie, vandalisme, attentat, forces de la nature, bris de glaces, dommages accidentels, contenu des véhicules, catastrophes naturelles, assistance) ; - La prestation supplémentaire éventuelle n° 1 : assurance « marchandises transportées » ; La garantie est acquise sur 3 véhicules (y compris remorques) non identifiés, appartenant à l'assuré ou à ses préposés, loués par eux ou mis à leur disposition, à hauteur de 5 000 euro(s) par véhicule (ce montant de garantie constitue un premier risque). La garantie est acquise sans franchise. - La prestation supplémentaire éventuelle n° 2 : assurance « auto-mission préposés ». Le contrat est de première ligne. La garantie est acquise sans franchise
