L’objectif de l’accord-cadre est de permettre aux adhérents de la CAIH de bénéficier d’un accompagnement global couvrant la stratégie numérique, la mise en œuvre opérationnelle, la cybersécurité, la conformité réglementaire (RGPD, HDS) et la formation des équipes. Les études couvrent l'ensemble des travaux qui précèdent, préparent et définissent un projet à chacune des étapes de son élaboration, c'est à dire de la formalisation du besoin jusqu'à l'exploitation et la maintenance du produit fini.; Les missions de pilotage couvrent tout ou partie des activités d'organisation, de suivi (ressources, budget, planning par exemple) d'animation et de communication qui relèvent de la direction de projet; Recette; La conduite du changement vise à définir et mener les actions de communication, de formation et d'organisation qui prépareront les services utilisateurs à l'arrivée et à l'utilisation d'une application informatique.; Le lot 5 regroupe, l’ensemble des prestations décrites aux lots 1 à 4 à savoir : • Études (opportunité, faisabilité, cadrage, spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques) ; • Assistance au pilotage, qualité et audit ; • Assistance à la recette (préparation, exécution, reporting, industrialisation des tests) ; • Conduite du changement et support au déploiement (communication, formation, accompagnement utilisateurs).
