Mission d’assistant à maitrise d’ouvrage LEAN pour la rénovation complète des bâtiments B, D1 à D4 et démolition des bâtiments E et N et aménagements des espaces extérieurs du Campus Ferry-Cormier à Coulommiers (77131) En application de l'article R. 2122-7 du Code de la commande publique, des marchés ayant pour objet la réalisation de prestations similaires, peuvent être confiés dans le cadre d'une procédure négociée sans publicité ni mise en concurrence au titulaire. Les prestations de cette clause porteront plus spécifiquement sur l’accompagnement en phase travaux de la mission d’AMO Lean. Le délai d'exécution des prestations du marché est estimé à 6 ans et 8 mois. La mission s'étendra de la date de notification du marché jusqu'à la levée de la dernière réserve de réception. Le titulaire du marché assistera le maître d'ouvrage au cours des phases d’études, de passation du marché d’entreprise générale de travaux, et pour les opérations préalables à la réception.
