The City of Rouen, through its Municipal Archives department in France, is procuring external archival services. The contract covers two lots: lot 1 concerns the archival processing of public archive holdings, with a maximum annual value of 75,000 euro excluding tax; lot 2 concerns outsourced management and conservation of intermediate public archives, with a maximum annual value of 23,000 euro excluding tax. Suppliers able to provide professional archival processing and external archive storage services may apply under the applicable public procurement procedure.
