La présente consultation porte sur la passation d’un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande (à prix mixte) ayant pour objet l’externalisation des archives de l’Opérateur du Patrimoine et des Projets Immobiliers de la Culture. Ces prestations sont décomposées notamment comme suit : * Prise en charge, conservation et gestion : - Versements et intégration d’archives : o Prise en charge, enlèvement et transport o Référencement, reconnaissance, entreposage o Stockage annuel - Communications des archives (transport et mise a disposition) - Sortie définitive et destruction (transport, mise à jour de la base) - Opérations de transfert (transports) - Fourniture des conditionnements de stockage * Mission d’archivage : - Inventaire détaillé d’archives publiques avec tri, selon les normes archivistiques et les textes réglementaire en usage, - Préparation des versements et/ou de destruction, - Indexation de document sur une solution logicielle, fournie par l'OPPIC.
