Enveloppe prévisionnelle des travaux : 4 100 000 euros HT (valeur décembre 2024). Compétences professionnelles demandées : architecturales, en économie de projet dont coût global et coût de fonctionnement, en structure, en fluides, courants forts et faibles, environnementales (thermique, analyse du cycle de vie du bâtiment, BBC...), en voiries réseaux divers, en géothermie, en d'ordonnancement pilotage et coordination (PSE).
