La présente consultation est lancée suivant la procédure : Appel d'offres ouvert articles R.21242 1° et R.21612 à 5 du Code de la commande publique. Marché de Maitrise d'oeuvre en application de l'article R.2172-2-1° du Code la Commande Publique.Le marché consiste à réaliser une mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre afin de réhabiliter la digue du port de Nice ainsi que les parties fragilisées à l'arrière de la digue (mur-abri, quai intérieur, etc.). Le montant des travaux de réfection de la digue est estimé à 27 700 000Euros HT. Marché à prix global et forfaitaire : Estimation de l'administration HT : 2249240,00 Euros. Le délai d'exécution est fixé à 6 années. Début du marché : A la notification du contrat.
