Marché de maîtrise d'oeuvre relatif à la construction d'un bâtiment de Recherche, de Formation et d'Innovation nommé Villa Naturalité à destination des étudiants, des chercheurs et des entreprises. Ce bâtiment comportera des bureaux, des laboratoires, une halle d'expérimentation, des salles à usages polyvalents, un service de santé étudiante, des locaux étudiants, une cuisine expérimentale, un espace de restauration libre avec espace café-tisanerie, un amphithéâtre de 400 places, un learning center, des locaux techniques associés ainsi que des extérieurs (parvis, déposes-minutes, stationnement PMR, terrasse). La surface utile totale est estimée à 2000 m² environ. Cette opération immobilière intégrera des objectifs ambitieux en matière de performance environnementale une labellisation BDM, niveau Argent, attendue. La présente consultation a pour objet un concours de maitrise d'œuvre pour la construction de la Villa Naturalité à Avignon - Zone d'activités Agroparc. Il est en premier lieu organisé un concours au sens de l’article L.2125-1 2° du code de la commande publique. Il s’agit d’un concours restreint organisé dans les conditions des articles R.2162-15 à R.2162-21 du code la commande publique qui s’achève par le choix d’un ou plusieurs lauréats. Le marché de maîtrise d’œuvre sera ensuite négocié, avec le ou les lauréats du concours, en application des articles R.2122-6 et R.2172-2 du code de la commande publique. Le marché comprendra une mission de base au sens des articles L.2431-3 et R.2431-4 du code de la commande publique, et sera le cas échéant étendu à des éléments de mission complémentaires. L'exécution du marché débutera par l'élément de mission avant-projet. L'élément de mission esquisse est réalisé dans le cadre du concours de maîtrise d'œuvre
