Le présent marché a pour objet une mission de maîtrise d'œuvre complète pour la réhabilitation du siège de la CAF de la Manche - site d'Avranches (4 265 m2 SUB), comprenant études et direction des travaux jusqu'à la garantie de parfait achèvement. Les travaux concernent : La réhabilitation des deux bâtiments existants et de leurs liaisons· La refonte complète des aménagements intérieurs,· L'amélioration énergétique, L'adaptation aux nouveaux usages (travail hybride, accueil partenaires). Les travaux seront réalisés en site non occupé, par phasage alterné. Le marché est passé conformément à l'arrêté du 19 juillet 2018 portant réglementation sur les marchés publics des organismes de sécurité sociale et aux dispositions du code de la commande publique Articles L 2124-2, R 2124-2, R 2161-2 à 5 (appel d'offres ouvert) Mission de maîtrise d'œuvre complète pour la réhabilitation du siège de la CAF de la Manche - site d'Avranches (4 265 m² SUB), comprenant les études et la direction des travaux jusqu'à la garantie de parfait achèvement.
