Le présent concours de maîtrise d’oeuvre est organisé en vue de l’attribution du marché de maîtrise d’oeuvre pour le Projet de construction d'une crèche de 30 berceaux située sur un terrain sis Rue de la Forêt à Soultzmatt. Le projet consiste en la construction d'une crèche de 30 berceaux soit d’une capacité de plus de 15 enfants par rapport à la crèche ArcenCiel de Soultzmatt que le nouvel équipement remplacera. Les parcelles déterminées pour le projet sont en section 33 et sont numérotées 147 et 148. Leur contenance est de 2 483m². La surface déterminée pour le bâtiment est de l'ordre de 500 m². Sur le plan énergétique, la conception du bâtiment devra atteindre le niveau passif Ce concours est un concours restreint sur "esquisse" organisé conformément aux dispositions des article L21251 2° et L. 21721 et des articles R.216215 et suivants et R. 21722 et suivants du Code de la commande publique.
