Concours restreint de maitrise d’œuvre sur Esquisse +, phase candidature : Le présent programme porte sur la construction d’un bâtiment tertiaire ERP, siège social d’ENERGIE EURE et LOIR, neuf de 1 090 m² (surface utile nette), répondant aux normes actuelles de qualité, de sécurité et de performance énergétique, afin d’offrir un outil fonctionnel et durable adapté aux besoins professionnels et à l’accueil de publics scolaires. Le présent marché est conclu conformément aux dispositions de la loi n°85 704 du 12 juillet 1985 dite « loi MOP » et de ses textes d’application. Ce marché inclut une clause d’insertion, l’attributaire devra réaliser une action d’insertion permettant l’accès ou le retour à l’emploi de personnes rencontrant des difficultés sociales et/ou professionnelles. La présente consultation est ouverte aux équipes de maitrise d’œuvre pluridisciplinaire. Le montant de l’enveloppe financière prévisionnelle affectée aux travaux est de 4 100 000 €HT. Les 3 candidats sélectionnés ayant remis les éléments demandés recevront chacun une prime d’un montant de 25 000 €HT.
