Description

L’opération porte sur la construction d’un nouveau bâtiment des archives départementales à Colmar. Le bâtiment existant, actuellement localisé Cité Administrative à Colmar, dans lequel sont collectées, conservées et communiquées les archives d’intérêt historique produites sur le territoire du Haut-Rhin, présente d’importants dysfonctionnements tels que : - une saturation des espaces de conservation des documents ne permettant plus l’intégration d’archives supplémentaires ; - une instabilité des conditions climatiques de conservation ; - des non-conformités relatives à la sécurité incendie : pas de stabilité au feu des struc-tures des magasins ; - des non-conformités en matière d’accessibilité aux personnes en situation de handicap ; - un vieillissement général des bâtiments et installations techniques. Le nouveau bâtiment d’archives départementales sera implanté sur la parcelle vierge au Nord de l’Hôtel du Département, Avenue d’Alsace à Colmar. Cet équipement culturel de plein exercice à portée du territoire alsacien répondra au besoin de doublement de la ca-pacité actuelle de stockage, à savoir 60 kml La conception du projet devra de plus répondre aux enjeux de frugalité et de perfor-mance énergétique les plus ambitieux (locaux de conservation sans climatisation). Le projet d’ensemble proposé devra être parfaitement intégré à son environnement. Surface de l’emprise du site 15 743 m² Surfaces utiles construites neuves : 7 990 m² Surfaces utiles de rénovation intérieure HdA : 82 m²
