L'objet du présent accord-cadre est d'assister Ile-de-France Mobilités (IDFM) dans le suivi de la bonne exécution et le contrôle des prestations de maintenance réalisées par les exploitants. Cette mission vise à garantir que les obligations contractuelles en matière de maintenance sont respectées, que les infrastructures restent conformes aux réglementations en vigueur, et que les objectifs de performance sont atteints. Le patrimoine concerné par cette mission englobe l'ensemble des dépôts de maintenance, infrastructures et ouvrages d'art liés aux réseaux de Bus, Tramways, Transiliens, TCSP (Transport en Commun en Site Propre), ainsi que d'autres équipements ou infrastructures ferroviaires. Il inclut les éléments déjà acquis, susceptibles d'être acquis à court ou moyen terme, ou loués par Île-de-France Mobilités ou par les exploitants mandatés par IDFM. Ce patrimoine est réparti en deux grandes familles : • Celui affecté au mode Bus, comprenant les dépôts de maintenance Bus, les infrastructures liées aux TCSP (voies, stations, équipements) et les ouvrages d'art routiers ; • Celui affecté au mode Ferré, incluant les dépôts et ateliers (technicentre, sites de maintenance et de remisage - SMR), les voies ferrées et tram, ainsi que les ouvrages d'art ferroviaires (ponts, tunnels, viaducs). Lot 1 - PATRIMOINE AFFECTE AU MODE BUS : LES CENTRES OPERATIONNELS BUS (COB), GARES ROUTIERES, SITES PROPRES BUS, OUVRAGES D'ART, ET TOUT OUVRAGE DE PROPRIETE IDFM; Lot 2 - PATRIMOINE AFFECTE AUX TRANSPORTS GUIDES (TRAMWAY, TRAM-TRAIN, CABLE) : LES SITES DE MAINTENANCE ET REMISAGE TRAMWAYS (SMR), LES ATELIERS (TRANSILIEN), LES INFRASTRUCTURES, OUVRAGES D'ART, ET TOUT OUVRAGE DE PROPRIETE IDFM
