Le présent marché est un accord-cadre à bons de commande multi attributaires pour la réalisation de prestations de maîtrise d’œuvre portant sur la conception et le suivi de réalisation de projet d’aménagement tertiaires (espaces de travaux et locaux associés) pour le siège et les bâtiments annexes de la Banque de France. Date limite des demandes de participations : 12/03/2026 à 15h00 terme de rigueur. Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet l’attribution des missions de Maîtrise d’Œuvre complètes portant sur la conception et le suivi de réalisation de projets d’aménagements Tertiaires (espaces de travail et locaux associés) pour les immeubles de la Banque de France listés ci-dessous, représentant une surface totale d’environ 150 000 m² de surface de plancher. Les prestations MOE couvrent le suivi de l’ensemble des travaux Tous Corps d’État (TCE), comprenant à la fois les lots architecturaux et techniques (plomberie, CVC, électricité, etc.). Les prestations architecturales incluent notamment : •Préparation de chantier, curage et démolition, •La maçonnerie, l’étanchéité, •Les cloisons et doublages, •Les faux-plafonds, •La menuiserie intérieure (bois, métal, agencements fixes), •Les revêtements de sol (moquette, PVC, parquet, etc.), •Les revêtements muraux (peinture, parements, etc.), •La signalétique directionnelle, •Le mobilier des espaces tertiaires et annexes (suivant AC de la Banque de France), •Les études et suivi des travaux acoustiques. Les prestations techniques incluent : •La plomberie et les installations sanitaires, •Le chauffage, la ventilation, la climatisation, le désenfumage (CVCD), •L’électricité courant fort (alimentation, éclairage, etc.), •L’électricité courant faible (VDI, contrôle d’accès, SSI, etc.), •La gestion technique du bâtiment (GTB), •Les études thermiques. Le Titulaire est représenté par l’entreprise en charge du volet architectural. Le Titulaire, tant en phase de conception qu’en exécution, doit s’assurer de la parfaite intégration des solutions techniques et architecturales. Le détail des prestations est fourni dans le DCE mis à disposition sur la plateforme SAFETENDER. La valeur estimée hors TVA correspond au montant maximum hors taxe de l'accord-cadre.
