L’accord-cadre a pour objectif d’établir les termes régissant les marchés subséquents à passer pour la réalisation des prestations suivantes (liste non exhaustive) : - A l’échelle du projet global : * Etude de conception jusqu’à l’AVP, * Contribution à l’élaboration du dossier de réalisation de la ZAC, * Etude de faisabilité d’une solution de production de chaleur renouvelable / énergie, * Etablissement du dossier loi sur l’eau, * Concertation, * OPC. - Puis selon un découpage en deux tranches opérationnelles distinctes : * Etude de conception à partir du PRO et jusqu’à l’exécution des travaux et la remise d’ouvrages de viabilisation, * Accompagnement dans le choix des opérateurs immobiliers, * Rédaction des CCCT avec CPAUPE et fiches de lots, * Visa sur les demandes d’autorisation d’urbanisme, * Concertation, * OPC, * Accompagnement à la sélection des opérateurs-promoteurs, * Accompagnement du maître d’ouvrage sur une préfiguration des espaces publics prévue. * Accompagnement et montage du dossier de demande de subvention, type d’aide financière fonds chaleur L’accord-cadre a également pour objectif d’établir les règles relatives aux bons de commande qui seront émis pour la réalisation de certaines prestations identifiées au contrat.
