La présente consultation concerne des prestations de maitrise d'oeuvre pour la réhabilitation et la rénovation du parking silo de la gare d'Arnouville. Le projet concerne la réhabilitation d'un parking silo en béton armé de six niveaux (RDC au R+5), situé à proximité immédiate de la gare Arnouville-Gonesse-Villiers-le-Bel. Ce bâtiment est stratégique pour la requalification urbaine du Pôle Gare et présente des interfaces complexes avec les infrastructures ferroviaires et les axes de circulation. Le bâtiment, vieillissant et peu valorisé, nécessite une transformation profonde pour répondre aux enjeux d'intermodalité, d'image urbaine et de sécurité. L'enveloppe prévisionnelle travaux est estimée à environ 5 823 000,00 euro(s) HT. Calendrier prévisionnel Le marché de maîtrise d'oeuvre prendra effet à compter de sa notification et prendra fin à compter de la fin de la période de garantie de parfait achèvement.
