Le présent concours sur esquisse est organisé en vue de la passation d’un MARCHÉ PUBLIC DE MÂITRISE D’OEUVRE POUR LA CONSTRUCTION D’UN NOUVEAU GYMNASE Les principales caractéristiques du programme à l’opération sont les suivantes : Construction de bâtiment : - Un gymnase 44x23,7m ainsi qu’une tribune de 250 places assises ; - Les annexes sportives ; - 1 salle de réunion et 2 bureaux ; - Les annexes techniques nécessaires au fonctionnement de l’équipement Aménagements des espaces extérieurs : - Une zone de stationnement de 40 places ; - Un parvis avec parking vélo ; - Divers. Les caractéristiques détaillées du programme seront précisées dans le Dossier de Consultation des Concepteurs phase projet, qui sera remis aux seuls candidats admis à présenter un projet. Le montant du budget d'investissement total de l’opération est estimé à 5.500.000 euros HT (valeur mars 2026) dont 4.350.000 euros HT (valeur décembre 2025) pour les travaux.
