La procédure de passation utilisée est : la procédure avec négociation. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-3, R. 2124-3 et R. 2161-12 à R. 2161-20 du Code de la commande publique. Le présent accord cadre est mono-attributaire. La procédure de consultation se déroulera en 2 phases successives : 1) Phase candidature (en cours) : Tout opérateur économique peut soumettre une demande de participation sur la base des éléments du dossier de consultation. 2) Phase offre (à venir) : Seuls les opérateurs économiques sélectionnés par le pouvoir adjudicateur seront autorisés à soumissionner
