Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la création d'une Maison de Santé Pluriprofessionnelle (MSP) à Auneau?Bleury?Saint?Symphorien (28). Le projet serait réalisé en deux étapes : - mise en place d'une Structure d'Exercice Regroupé (SER) destinée à accueillir les premiers professionnels de santé (phase 1) - évolution ultérieure de cette structure vers une Maison de Santé Pluriprofessionnelle complète (phase 2) Les compétences attendues au sein du groupement de MOE sont les suivantes : - Architecte - OPC - BET thermique, fluides - BET électricité, SSI - BET géothermie - BET acoustique - Economiste - VRD ou paysagiste Il convient de préciser qu'en cas de groupement : - l'architecte sera obligatoirement le mandataire du groupement. En application de l'article 3 de la loi 77-2 du 3.1.1977, chaque candidat, devra comporter au moins un architecte ou une société d'architecture, susceptible d'exercer en France. Les candidats non établis en France justifieront de leur capacité a? exercer la profession d'architecte au vu des règles équivalentes applicables dans l'état dont ils ressortissants. - l'appréciation de la candidature est globale.
