Il est demandé de répondre avec une équipe complète avec les compétences suivantes : - Deux agences d'architecture dont une agence qui assurera la coordination du groupement, la synthèse de l'ensemble des documents et les interfaces avec la ZAC ; - Ingénierie des structures ; - Ingénierie des fluides, génie thermique et énergétique, réseaux et environnement ; - Ingénierie des voiries et réseaux divers - Acoustique du bâtiment ; - Économie de la construction - Paysage - Pilotage et coordination des travaux de bâtiments résidentiels. Au moins une des agences proposées devra être une « Jeune Agence », pouvant : être une agence répondant aux critères d'éligibilité au concours des « Albums des Jeunes Architectes et Paysagistes » OU être une agence lauréate de ce concours au titre de l'une de ses 3 dernières éditions
