La présente procédure avec négociation concerne la réhabilitation du bâtiment du siège de la CPAM de Lot et Garonne pour une mission de maîtrise d’œuvre conformément aux articles R2431-1 et suivants du Code de la commande publique et à l’Arrêté du 22 mars 2019, précisant les modalités techniques d'exécution des éléments de mission de maîtrise d'œuvre confiés par des maîtres d'ouvrage publics à des prestataires de droit privé, et constituée des éléments suivants : APS, APD, PRO, ACT VISA, DET, AOR et des missions complémentaires DIAG, OPC, SSI, DQD, SYNTH, STD, SIGN, et ING. L’opération a été définie selon 3 tranches de travaux. De manière synthétique, la tranche 1 ferme correspond à la réfection des toitures et la réhabilitation du R+3. La tranche optionnelle 1 correspond à la réfection des façades rideau du R+1 et R+2 et les aménagements intérieurs associés, du RDC au R+2. La tranche optionnelle 2 correspond à l’aménagement du CES à l’étage R+1. En conséquence, le marché de maîtrise d’œuvre est lancé sur 3 tranches.
