La présente consultation concerne la mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour les travaux de création d'un bâtiment associatif et sportif avec l'antenne des parcs et jardins, au stade du Bois de la Cure au Puy-Saint-Bonnet. La démolition des bâtiments existants est comprise dans l'opération. La mission OPC est une mission optionnelle n°1. La liste des missions est indiquée au 3.2 du présent document. L'enveloppe financière prévisionnelle des travaux est de 1 546 000 Euros HT (valeur mai 2025). La date indicative de début d'exécution du présent marché serait à partir du mois d'octobre ou novembre 2026. La mission de maîtrise d’œuvre attribuée à l’issue de la procédure est composée : • de la mission de base, dont le contenu sera défini dans le CCTP incluant : Mission de base 1 : ESQ (Esquisse) Mission de base 2 : AVP (Etudes d’avant-projet sommaire (APS) et Études d'avant-projet définitifs (APD) Mission de base 3 : PRO (Etudes de projet) Mission de base 4 : Assistance à la passation des Marchés (AMT) Mission de base 5 : EXE (Plans principe pour les lots structure, VRD et fluides, quantitatifs tous lots) Mission de base 6 : VISA Mission de base 7 : DET (Direction de l’Exécution des Travaux) Mission de base 8 : AOR (Assistance aux Opérations de réception et de garantie de parfait achèvement) • des missions complémentaires suivantes : Mission complémentaire 1 : EAE (Etude des approvisionnements en énergie) Mission complémentaire 2 : STD (simulation thermodynamique) • des missions optionnelles suivantes : Mission optionnelle 1 : OPC (Organisation Pilotage de Chantier) Mission optionnelle 2 : ENV (dossier loi sur l’eau). Chaque candidat ayant remis des prestations conformes recevra une prime dont le montant maximum sera de 7 000 € HT. Les candidats devront présenter au minimum les compétences relatives aux disciplines suivantes : • Architecte (inscription à l’ordre en cours de validité), • Économiste de la construction (ECO), • Structures (STR), • Voirie réseaux divers (VRD), • Fluides (CFO-Cfa, CVC, Plomberie), • Simulation thermique dynamique (STD) • OPC pour la mission optionnelle n°1
