Description

Le bâtiment de l'Agoralp de l'Alpe d'Huez regroupe, dans son état actuel, une trentaine d'activités entre le boulodrome, les spectacles et festivals, les MICE, l'escalade, le fitness, les sports collectifs, les escape game, les sports de raquette, le cinéma, le musée, etc. Il a récemment fait l'objet de réhabilitation et extensions afin d'offrir davantage d'usages et de développer l'offre touristique de la station. Avec une piscine plein air vieillissante, une piscine couverte limitée, une patinoire extérieure qui ne répond plus entièrement aux besoins, la commune d'Huez souhaite construire une offre renouvelée rassemblée autour de son équipement phare : une offre aquatique différenciante, une patinoire pour les clubs et le public, une offre culturelle recentrée et un boulodrome relogé. Les labélisations suivantes seront recherchées: HQE, BREEAM et Piscine de demain. Le projet implique des prestations de démolition, de reconstruction et d'extension dans les conditions spécifiées dans le programme. La présente consultation porte sur un marché public de maîtrise d'oeuvre dans le cadre d'une opération de réhabilitation et d'extension de bâtiment en phases conception et réalisation.
