Marché passé en Procédure avec Négociation en application des dispositions des articles L2124-3 de l'Ordonnance n° 2018-1074 du 26 novembre 2018 et R2124-3 du Décret n° 2018-1075 du 3 décembre 2018 , modifié par le Décret n° 2019-1344 du 12 décembre 2019 et le Décret n°2021-357 du 30 mars 2021, SANS REMISE DE PRESTATIONS. Mission de Maitrise d'Oeuvre sur la Commune de CRECY SUR SERRE - Construction d'une vingtaine de logements locatifs individuels Lieu-dit des Couturelles La commune de Crécy sur Serre dispose d'un terrain en frange urbaine, classé en zone AU. Ce terrain - dans l'aire d'influence de l'ABF- constitue une opportunité pour accompagner ce bourg dans son développement (inscrit dans le cadre des « Petites Villes de Demain »). Le potentiel de ce site de plus de 1 hectare va au-delà des besoins recensés ; c'est pourquoi il est proposé de réaliser une vingtaine de logements diversifiés dans leur typologie et volumétrie (séniors, familiaux, du T2 au T4). La part de l'enveloppe financière prévisionnelle affectée aux travaux pour l'ensemble du projet est de : 3.230.000 Euros H.T.
