Le présent marché a pour objet une mission de maîtrise d’œuvre relative au projet de renouvellement de la scénographie du parcours permanent et à la création d’un nouvel espace d’accueil du Musée d’Art et d’Histoire Michel HACHET de la Ville de Toul. La présente consultation regroupe l’expression des besoins et des attentes du maître d’ouvrage, ainsi que l’ensemble des contraintes liées au site, à la réglementation applicable et aux dispositions administratives du marché. Elle a pour objet de sélectionner une équipe de maîtrise d’œuvre pluridisciplinaire chargée de conduire l’ensemble des études nécessaires jusqu’à la réalisation des travaux. Les dispositions techniques propres à l’opération sont détaillées dans le programme, valant Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (C.C.T.P.). La procédure est décomposée en deux phases distinctes: - Phase de candidature: Cette première phase a pour objet de sélectionner les candidats admis à présenter une offre. - Phase offre: Seuls les candidats sélectionnés à l'issue de la phase de candidature sont invités à remettre une offre.
