Description

Le projet de modernisation de l’exploitation et de la maintenance du réseau à Petit Gabarit de la DTBS VNF prévoit la création à Reims d’un Poste de Commande Centralisée (PCC) et d’un Centre de Maintenance et d’Intervention (CMI). Le projet immobilier prévoit également de regrouper l’ensemble des activités tertiaires du Service Territorial de Reims sur un site unique. Pour réaliser cette présente opération immobilière, VNF fait l’acquisition d’un bâtiment d’activité de 2000m2 sur un foncier de 6500m2 situé dans le Technopôle Farman au 9 rue Clément Ader à Reims. La présente mission est donc une mission de maitrise d’œuvre pour la réhabilitation du site et du bâtiment existant pour y implanter un poste de commande centralisé, un centre de maintenance et d’intervention et les équipes tertiaires à Reims. Les éléments de mission prévus et détaillés dans le DCE sont les suivants : DIA - APS - ESQ, APD, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET - OPC et AOR.
