Marché d'OPC pour la réhabilitation du bâtiment Jean Roget à la Tronche (38) sur le site santé de l'UGA. Ce bâtiment de 1967 sur 10 niveaux nécessite une réhabilitation sur 5 axes : Mise en conformité selon rapport des commissions de sécurité. Amélioration des installations techniques. Demandes de réaffectations et création de locaux. Réalisation de travaux pour la rénovation thermique du bâtiment. Interventions techniques sur la façade. Exécution d'une Mission d'Ordonnancement, Pilotage et Coordination dans le cadre de la réhabilitation du bâtiment Jean Roget situé sur le site Santé à la Tronche (38). La mission portera sur les interventions prévues dans le cadre des financement alloués au CPER (Contrats Plan Etat-Région) XV - appelée phase 1. Toutefois une partie des études menée par la Maîtrise d'oeuvre sera réalisée sur un périmètre plus large (jusqu'à l'APS) afin d'étudier la réhabilitation dans son ensemble et pouvoir poursuivre les travaux dans une phase complémentaire en cas d'obtention des financements nécessaires. Enveloppe prévisionnelle des travaux CPER XV : 7 650 000 Euros HT Le site santé, comprend plusieurs bâtiments affectés aux activités administratives, de formation, de documentation, de recherche en médecine/pharmacie et de valorisation. Au sein de cet ensemble, le bâtiment Jean ROGET, construit en 1967, est le plus important, 13 651 m² SDP, 10 niveaux (+ sous-sol et toiture), et le plus complexe en termes de nombre d'entités hébergées et de locaux spécialisés contenus, y compris les installations techniques associées. Il est important de prendre en compte que ces interventions sont prévues en site occupé (avec continuité d'activité), avec nécessité d'un phasage précis à définir en concertation avec l'UGA et les usagers.
