Consultation de maîtrise d'oeuvre en vue de la réhabilitation de l'établissement thermal de Néris-les-Bains (03), ERP de type U de 3ème catégorie. L'opération porte sur la modernisation globale de l'établissement thermal médical existant, sans extension, avec pour objectifs l'amélioration des performances techniques, énergétiques et sanitaires, la rationalisation des réseaux, la réorganisation fonctionnelle des espaces de soins et des circulations, la sectorisation fonctionnelle du bâtiment ainsi que l'optimisation des conditions d'exploitation. Le projet vise notamment à simplifier et clarifier les parcours curistes, améliorer la lisibilité fonctionnelle de l'établissement et permettre un fonctionnement modulable par zones selon le niveau de fréquentation. L'opération comprend notamment la reprise complète des process d'eau thermale, la création d'un bain de boue collectif, la réhabilitation du bassin thermal, la reprise des installations CVC, plomberie et réseaux techniques, rejet et assainissement ainsi que la mise en place d'une gestion technique centralisée permettant une exploitation modulable selon la fréquentation. Surface utile à restructurer : environ 3 000 m² répartis sur trois niveaux. Le coût prévisionnel des travaux est estimé à 7 570 000 euro(s) HT (valeur avril 2026)
