Le présent marché a pour objet la mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre relative à la réhabilitation lourde du bâtiment de l'ancien EHPAD du Pradon (environ 2 350 m² SDO) et aux aménagements extérieurs associés (environ 3 805 m² : cour de récréation, jardin pédagogique, parvis, parc urbain, stationnements, abris vélos), en vue de la création d'une école maternelle de 8 classes (ERP catégorie III, type R) avec centre de loisirs, unité de restauration de 240 repas/jour et locaux communs. L'opération s'inscrit en zone de sismicité 3 (modérée), dans le périmètre de protection au titre des abords d'un Monument Historique (avis de l'Architecte des Bâtiments de France requis), et est soumise aux orientations du SDAGE Rhône-Méditerranée 2022-2027 pour la gestion des eaux pluviales à la parcelle.
