La présente opération a pour objet l'aménagement des espaces publics situés dans le périmètre délimité par : -la rue Ambroise Paré (non comprise), au nord, -la rue Courteline (non comprise), au sud, -la chaussée rue Marcel Proust (non comprise, à l'exception de la traversée piétonne en direction du Lidl), au sud-ouest, -la rue du président Masaryk (comprise), au nord-ouest, -la rue Bossuet (non comprise) à l'est, Le périmètre de l'opération comprend par ailleurs, -l'axe piétonnier reliant le terminus de la ligne de tram T1 à la rue Ambroise Paré, y compris les traversées piétonnes de cette dernière. -l'accès des modes actifs au parc de Solaure depuis la rue Courteline, -l'angle nord-ouest du parc de Solaure pour la création d'une nouvelle entrée
