Description

Le Centre Technique de la Communauté de Communes du Guillestrois et du Queyras regroupe les bureaux, ateliers, véhicules et quais de transfert des déchets, des services techniques de celle-ci. Ce centre est localisé sur un foncier vaste qui accueille également la déchèterie et la station d'épuration de Guillestre. De nombreux dysfonctionnements sont aujourd'hui observés et en particulier l'insuffisance de surfaces exploitables, le croisement des flux (sécurité non respectée) et l'obsolescence des installations. Le projet prévoit, en profitant du déplacement définitif de la STEP sur le terrain immédiatement contigu (projet en cours), de : - restructurer et étendre les différents bâtiments existants pour répondre au mieux aux besoins des utilisateurs - repenser et sécuriser les flux sur le site (y compris sur la déchèterie) - améliorer le fonctionnement des quais de transfert des déchets
