L'opération concerne la création d'une nouvelle déchèterie sur la commune d'Hénin-Beaumont, Boulevard Ferdinand De Lesseps, afin que la collectivité dispose d'une installation fonctionnelle, moderne et conforme à la réglementation. L'étude de faisabilité du projet a été réalisée en 2025. Elle a abouti au choix d'un schéma d'aménagement : déchèterie mixte avec deux accès sur le Boulevard Ferdinand De Lesseps
