L'adresse du terrain est 17 av. Henri de Cumond, 24750 BOULAZAC ISLE SUR MANOIRE L'étude de faisabilité et l'analyse de site ont défini une surface à construire de 749m² (SDO) avec une emprise au sol de 510m² constructible selon le PRI.
