Description

Le présent concours de maîtrise d’œuvre concerne le projet de rénovation et d’extension de l’hôpital de Châteaubriant. Celui-ci comprend notamment la restructuration de certaines activités logistiques, la construction d’une pharmacie et d’un magasin général, ainsi que l’extension du service des urgences afin de répondre au doublement de son activité au cours des dix dernières années. Le projet prévoit également la création d’un plateau technique de rééducation, ainsi que la restructuration et la construction des unités de médecine, de cardiologie et de soins médicaux et de réadaptation (SMR). L’ensemble des caractéristiques techniques, fonctionnelles et opérationnelles du projet est précisé dans le programme technique détaillé, joint au dossier de consultation. L’enveloppe financière prévisionnelle affectée aux travaux par le maître d’ouvrage est fixée à 39 000 000 € HT (valeur janvier 2026).
