Description

Le futur équipement, objet de la présente opération, va porter la capacité de l’ensemble scolaire à 18 classes déployées sur une surface utile estimée à 3 351 mètres carrés hors locaux techniques et circulations. Ces 18 classes seront réparties en 11 classes élémentaires et 7 classes maternelles. Outre les espaces dédiés à l’enseignement, le projet comporte également des salles de restauration scolaire ainsi qu’un ensemble d’espaces mutualisés et polyvalents. Ces espaces permettront une parfaite association de l’ensemble des fonctionnalités, y compris le maintien de l’accueil périscolaire et de l’Accueil Educatif du Matin et du Soir (AEMS). Le projet s’intégrant dans le projet global de la convention NPNRU, il est prévu de pouvoir réaliser la mise en service de l’équipement pour la rentrée scolaire 2032. Cela permettra de libérer les anciennes écoles à destination d’autres projets.
