Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Dans le cadre de l'aménagement du lot 4 du permis d'aménager du Quartier des Alpins lancé par la commune de BOURG SAINT MAURICE, SAVOISIENNE HABITAT et OPAC SAVOIE s'associent pour réaliser d'une opération 46 logements. SAVOIENNE HABITAT réalisera 31 logements en accession type bail réel solidaire (BRS) et OPAC SAVOIE réalisera 5 logements locatifs sociaux et de 10 logements locatifs intermédiaires (LLI). La date de démarrage prévisionnelle du 01/07/2026 est une date indicative. La part de l'enveloppe financière affectée aux travaux par le maître de l'ouvrage est fixée à 6 054 000,00 euro(s) HT répartie de la manière suivante : La part de l'enveloppe financière OPAC SAVOIE affectée aux travaux par le maître de l'ouvrage est fixée à 1 940 000,00 euro(s) HT ; La part de l'enveloppe financière SAVOISIENNE HABITAT affectée aux travaux par le maître de l'ouvrage est fixée à 4 114 000,00 euro(s) HT
