Le présent accord-cadre porte sur une mission d'assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage pour la programmation architecturale et technique des opérations de construction et de réhabilitation des bâtiments et abords de la Ville de Lyon. Les missions sont réalisées selon les besoins, via bons de commande ou marchés subséquents, la Ville définissant librement leur durée et leur contenu. Elles comprennent : - les études préalables, faisabilité et préprogramme - l'élaboration du programme et des schémas de composition - l'assistance à la consultation ou au concours de maîtrise d'oeuvre - le suivi de l'adéquation entre programme et projet Cet accord-cadre multi-attributaire (3 titulaires) est conclu : - Pour la période initiale de 2 ans : avec un montant minimum de 130 000 euros HT et avec un montant maximum de 800 000 euros HT. - Pour les deux périodes de reconduction d'un an chacune : avec un montant minimum de 65 000 euros HT et avec un montant maximum de 400 000 euros HT
