L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par la conclusion de marchés subséquents. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la réalisation de missions de maîtrise d'oeuvre, au sens de la loi n° 85-704 du 12 juillet 1985 relative à la maîtrise d'ouvrage publique et de ses rapports avec la maîtrise d'oeuvre privée (dite « loi MOP ») et des dispositions codifiées du Code de la commande publique, pour l'ensemble des opérations de réhabilitation, d'optimisation, d'extension, de valorisation et de création d'infrastructures relevant de la compétence « collecte et traitement des déchets » de la Collectivité Réhabilitation, optimisation, extension et valorisation des infrastructures existantes<br/>; Création de nouvelles infrastructures<br/>
