Concours de maîtrise d'oeuvre sur esquisse. Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Le Service Départemental d'Incendie et de Secours (SDIS) de Guyane est structurés en plusieurs groupements. Aujourd'hui, ces groupements sont dispersés sur plusieurs sites sur le département, ce qui génère des contraintes fonctionnelles et logistiques qui nuisent à l'efficacité et à la coordination des services et groupements entre eux. Dans ce contexte, le SDIS de Guyane souhaite regrouper l'ensemble des entités de l'Etat Major sur un site unique, localisé à Matoury, avec pour objectif d'améliorer la synergie entre les différentes entités, de rationaliser les couts d'investissement et d'exploitation des infrastructures, mais également d'offrir des conditions de travail optimales au personnel.
