Concours de maîtrise d'oeuvre sur Esquisse + pour la requalification des espaces publics du quartier de Maupas à Soissons (02). La consultation vise à désigner une équipe de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la requalification complète des espaces publics du quartier de Maupas, quartier d'entrée de ville des années 60. Le projet, ambitieux, vise un changement d'image et sa transformation en "parc habité" à travers la création d'une ou plusieurs centralités, l'amélioration du partage de l'espace public et une forte ambition environnementale (adaptation au changement climatique, gestion de l'eau). La mission comprend la conception et le suivi de réalisation des aménagements (voies, espaces de convivialité, etc.) , ainsi que l'élaboration d'un cahier de prescriptions urbaines, architecturales et paysagères pour les futurs projets.
