Concours restreint sur esquisse+ Marché à tranche ferme : Concours de Maîtrise d’œuvre jusqu’à la phase ESQ+ (attribution lauréat incluse) Tranche optionnelle N°1 : de la finalisation de la phase ESQ+, de la phase APS à la phase APD incluse (PC inclus) Tranche optionnelle N°2 : de la phase PRO DCE jusqu’à la phase AOR incluse Les surfaces utiles à construire sont de 2536 m² environ (sans les surfaces des extensions qui ne font pas l’objet de construction dans le cadre de l’opération) sur une parcelle foncière nue de l’ordre de 12000 m². Les surfaces des aménagements extérieurs à créer sont de 2755 m² environ.
