Le présent marché est passé sous la technique d'achat du concours restreint de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la création d'une nouvelle Mairie, de logements et d'un accueil petite enfance dans un bâtiment à caractère patrimonial, l'aménagement d'un tiers lieu dans les locaux de l'actuelle Mairie, la création d'un stockage sous terrasse et d'un toilette publique, soumis aux dispositions des articles des articles L2125-1 2°, L2411-1, L2412-1, L2421-1 à L2421-5, L2430-1, L2431-1 à L2431-3, L2432-1, L2432-2, R2122-6, R2162-15 à R2162-24, R2172-1, R2172-2, R2172-4, R2172-6, R2431-1 à R2431-18, R2432-1 à R2432-7 du Code de la commande publique. Le marché est un marché de services, de prestations intellectuelles, traité à prix forfaitaire. Le marché n'est pas un marché à tranches optionnelles.
