The City of Lyon is seeking to establish a framework agreement for design (project management) services covering the fit-out of raw concrete volumes and their surroundings, intended for early childhood facilities or similar operations. The buyer is the City of Lyon's construction department, acting in Lyon, France. As a first step, the city intends to use this framework to fit out five early childhood facilities: EAJE Debourg at 45 avenue Debourg (Lyon 7th), EAJE Nerard at 9 rue Nerard (Lyon 9th), plus EAJE Rochaix, EAJE Mazagran and EAJE Nexans.
