Appel d'offres ouvert soumis aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Attribution d'un marché unique réparti en 3 tranches : tranche ferme : Missions APS, APD et PRO pour l'ensemble du bâtiment (délai indicatif de la tranche ferme 6 mois) , Tranche optionnelle n°1 : Missions DCE, AMT, VISA, DET, AOR et OPC concernant la façade nord, la charpente, la couverture et les rehausses du XIXe siècle, avec des interventions ponctuelles sur la façade sud (bouchement des ouvertures et coulinage) si nécessaire structurellement (délai indicatif de la tranche optionnelle n° 1 : 20 mois), Tranche optionnelle n°2 : Missions DCE, AMT, VISA, DET, AOR et OPC concernant les façades sud, est et ouest. Pour la façade ouest, il s'agit également de prendre en compte la suppression des sanitaires du cimetière, adossés à la façade (délai indicatif de la tranche optionnelle n° 2 : 20 mois). Cette deuxième tranche doit également répondre au besoin de confortement intérieur en vue du remplacement du confortement provisoire
