Le Département a décidé de mettre en place le présent accord-cadre de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la réalisation de travaux et de mise en sécurité et stabilisation à l'abbaye de Maillezais. - Le 1er marché subséquent portera sur une mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour des travaux de consolidation et restauration du mur d'enceinte Nord du site. - En parallèle, des missions complémentaires de diagnostics, études et suivi travaux sur d'autres éléments du site, pourront être demandées dans le cadre d'autres marchés subséquents. Le marché de maîtrise d'oeuvre comportera une mission de base pour le 1er marché subséquent, tandis que pour les futurs marchés subséquents, celle-ci pourra être complétée par des missions préalables et complémentaires DIAG et/ou OPC. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à marchés subséquents sans minimum et avec un maximum de 635 000 euro(s) HT. L'enveloppe réservée aux travaux est de 5 000 000 euro(s) HT dont 1 906 000 euro(s) HT (valeur octobre 2025) pour le marché subséquent n°1. L'exécution du premier marché subséquent devrait démarrer fin juillet 2026, pour un démarrage prévisionnelle des travaux en février 2027
