Concours de maîtrise d'oeuvre sur esquisse. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. La présente consultation porte sur la construction de structures avec hébergements d'enfants : deux UPE (Urgence Petite Enfance, pour 2 x 8 à 10enfants de 0 à 6 ans) et un GAU (Groupe d'Accueil d'Urgence, pour 8 à 10enfants de 6 à 10 ans) à Agde sur la moitié du site de l'ancienne gendarmerie. Surfaces à déconstruire : environ 200 m² anciens bureaux actuellement utilisé en UPE. Surfaces à construire : environ 1 167 m² de SU. Aménagement d'extérieurs (parkings, cours, jardins) : environ 3 000 m². La mission du maître d'oeuvre est une mission base bâtiment :ESQ, APS, APD, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET, AOR, et OPC avec missions EXE partiel (DQE), GDD, accompagnement BDO, SSI, SYN, Commissionnement. BIM et DUEM. Le projet sera réalisé selon la démarche BIM niveau 2. Nature principale : Prestation intellectuelle
